PASSION

RIMG0237.JPG
I really believe that everyone should have a passion in life!! Fitness has been my biggest passion for many years now, and that passion have guided me towards everything I accomplished in the fitnessworld. Without that passion, I would never had reached all of my goals. A big passion for something, makes an even bigger different on which way you'll go. If you do something because someone else want's you to do it, because its's cool or just because you "have to", it will never give as good results as if you do it out of passion. Read more

Amazing!

_MG_0111.JPG
Wow! I just want to start to say how amazing this week has been!! I haven't had this much energy since...I don't even know the last time I felt this kind of energy!! It all started with Better Bodies "kick off" last weekend. Over twenty people from Better Bodies was together to have fun! What a weekend. It was so great to feel that feeling of Better Bodies team spirit! After this weekend, I spent one week in Oslo. I went back to my old gym, Haralds Gym and meet all of my "old friends". What a bunch of GREAT people. Read more

The first thing I want to do, is to congratulate everyone who competed at the Battle of Scandinavia and Fredrikstad Open this last weekend. I just love to see people fight for what they want, and actually achieve it! Sometimes I wish that everyone out there knew how much every athlete fights to be on stage. How much it actually takes to be up there, and off course how much it actually takes to be one of the best!!  Everytime it is a show, I just feel the passion for this sport rise (even more) inside me. Something to be proud of!

HVKMARS1.jpg
This week I`ve done two weight traning sessions, and next week I`m going to try to do three!! That`s progress!! On tuesday I trained my upperbody, and on friday I trained my lowerbody. This is not like I usually do, but it`s an okay way to train when I only trained twices this week. It was nothing hardcore, but it feelt good to be back at the gym again. Just listening to my music, falling into my weighttraining mode and do my thing. THATS what I LOVE about weights! My own little boble, where I only focus on the contact with my muscles, how the muscles work and visualizing how everything is going to grow. Read more

My body project!

RIMG0026.JPG
This last two weeks I've been working on a "project". The project is to see how faar I can get my body with the mainfocus on the diet. Because of my health issues I can't do any type of cardio, and I can only do one weight session a week. Instead of thinking negative about the situation, I want to get as faar as possibol with the challanges I got. So faar everything is going very good, my shape is in constant progress and even though I wish I could train as much as five times a week, my body is really getting back to its old self. Read more
